Beyond leisure and resort time, we are pleased to offer you and your guest the option to experience a unique activity, hosted by Elekta!

Should you choose to book an activity outside of these options or if you choose to participate in an additional activity then a representative will help you make these reservations. You will be asked to provide payment to secure the additional activity(ies) as they will be at your own expense.
TREE TO BAR EXPERIENCE
This unique experience, set on a local cocoa estate, is designed for you to discover cacao like never before, as well as to create your own chocolate. The experience starts with a walk of the estate’s cacao seederie, grafting your own personal tree, and ends with crafting your own chocolate bar. The tour includes all the fascinating stages in-between – from the cacao seedling nursery, fermenting room and sun-drying station to grinding, mixing and lots of tasting! We will then have lunch with chocolate inspired cocktails!

Recommended Attire: Wear shorts and comfortable walking shoes.
What to Bring: Bring your camera and money if you would like to purchase any chocolate!

GIANTS OF THE SEAS
Dolphin and Whale Watching
An incredible encounter with the “Gentle Giants” of the seas would be one of the rarest events on any Caribbean vacation. Join us on the Lady Anne as we travel approximately three miles into the blue Caribbean Ocean to watch the amazing Whales and Dolphins at play.
Whale watchers, nature lovers and oceanic enthusiasts will have a perfect view from the boat of amazing mammals and dolphins. Join like-minded holiday makers on this once in a lifetime excursion while learning and enjoying snacks and beverages.

SAIL AND SNORKEL
Sail from the dock at Sugar Beach to two of our many beautiful coves located along the west coast of Saint Lucia that is great for snorkeling. Soufriere is blessed with many natural wonders both above and below the surface of the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. These include some of the healthiest coral reefs in the Caribbean. The Coral Gardens, Turtle Reef, Jalousie Marine Park, Rachette Point, Anse Mamin and Anse Chastanet are fine examples of a variety of colorful tropical reef fish and coral marine reserves. Enjoy a perfect combination of relaxation and adventure!
